Welcome!

Hi, My name is Ossian (Osh for short), and I’m excited to welcome you to Red Sun Studio – a creative space designed to inspire and support your musical journey.

At Red Sun Studio, you’ll have access to professional studio equipment in a relaxed environment where you can explore music at your own pace. Whether you're here to learn piano, get into music production, or both, this is a space where you can grow comfortably, surrounded by creativity and the tools you need to improve.

The studio features a piano, a synth keyboard, professional-grade speakers, full access to Ableton Live, and a library of sheet music to help you along the way.

A bit about me:

I started learning the piano when I was four years old. Over the years, I’ve worked hard to develop my skills, earning Grade 8 piano certification from Trinity Guildhall, alongside Grade 5 certifications in music theory and violin from ABRSM. I’ve also been using Ableton Live for over five years, creating music and honing my production skills. In recent years, my drum and bass tracks have accumulated over 1.5 million streams on Spotify.

In 2024, I had the privilege of working with around 60 students at Meldrum Academy as part of the Developing the Young Workforce (DYW) initiative. I helped the students in creating their own Electronic Dance Music tracks, with the goal of producing a piece to be played at a local gym. This project helped them see the technical side of music production and the process of turning an idea to a final track.

During my school years, I participated in numerous competitions, performing on piano, violin, and vocals. At 13, I started street performing, playing traditional Scottish music on the violin, which significantly enhanced my stage presence and deepened my connection to music. Between the age of 14-16 I was selected to sing with the National Youth Choir of Scotland, performing in venues such as Glasgow’s Concert Hall and Aberdeen’s Concert Hall.
